SHIPPING & DELIVERY
As we are a Canadian company, we primarily ship through Canada Post in order to serve you best. Shipping times provided at checkout are an estimate only and are do not include the time it takes to process and mail out your order. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
In order to make a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition and packaging that it was received and/or purchased in within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.
When your order has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a full credit will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3 to 6 business days. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also return your item(s) for a refund at our brick and mortar location, 7&46 Shop in the Kawarthas.
When your exchange is received, we will send you an email that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the status of your new exchanged item and provide the tracking information of the item being sent back to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping item(s) over $75, we recommend purchasing a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
